Every Child Belongs
An inclusive nursery where every child is valued, understood and supported to thrive as an individual.
Inclusion is part of everyday nursery life
Every child is unique. We recognise, value and celebrate neurodivergence and the individuality of every child. Our practitioners take the time to get to know each child's strengths, interests and needs, adapting our environments and interactions so every child can take a meaningful part in nursery life — full of play, friendships and discovery.
Inclusion is not about expecting every child to learn in the same way. It is about understanding each child and helping them participate, develop and flourish in ways that are meaningful to them.
Parents and carers know their children extremely well and are central to our inclusive approach: discussing needs and priorities, agreeing strategies and reviewing progress together, so families, nursery and professionals work as one team around the child.
Additional support does not mean stepping away from play, friendships and exploration — it is woven into these everyday threads of nursery life.
