As part of the Early Years Alliance network, we benefit from shared expertise, resources and advocacy for the Early Years sector.
NDNA keeps us informed with ongoing Early Years information, resources and professional development so our practice reflects the latest guidance.
We work with external professionals where appropriate, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, physiotherapists, paediatricians, health visitors and other specialists, to support children's individual needs.
We liaise with social workers, health visitors and other relevant professionals involved in supporting children and families, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.
Working collaboratively with other services and professionals helps us share expertise, keep our knowledge and practice up to date, and provide joined-up support for children and families when needed.
